5月22日，杭州市規劃和自然資源局發布杭州市國有建設用地使用權掛牌出讓公告，將采用掛牌方式出讓兩宗地塊，起始總價23.1382億元，地塊用途均為住宅（設配套公建）用地，將于2026年6月13日正式掛牌出讓。此次出讓的兩宗地塊分別位于蕭山區和余杭區，地塊實行自由競價，按照價高者得的原則確定競得人。
