張輝，男，1961 年 4 月出生，漢族，陜西省乾縣人。
現(xiàn)為:中國作家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國詩歌學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國報(bào)告文學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、世界藝術(shù)聯(lián)合會(huì)會(huì)員一級(jí)作家，陜西作協(xié)會(huì)員、陜西省咸陽市職工作家協(xié)會(huì)副主席、咸陽市秦都區(qū)作協(xié)副主席、中國書畫家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。
2025年經(jīng)國藝委書畫藝術(shù)博物館常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過，決定授予“中國書畫家金質(zhì)勛章“。
