2月8日，花垣縣召開領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部會(huì)議。中共湘西自治州委常委、州委組織部部長、州委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部部長賈珍文出席會(huì)議并宣布省委、州委決定：王京海同志任中共花垣縣委書記。
王京海，男，土家族，1975年9月出生，湖南省慈利縣人，1996年4月入黨，1998年7月參加工作，在職研究生學(xué)歷，文學(xué)學(xué)士。
曾任吉首市委常委、組織部部長；
2019年5月任吉首市委副書記；
2022年3月任花垣縣委副書記、代理縣長；
2022年4月任花垣縣委副書記、縣長。
至此番履新。
