段煉：中國美術家協會會員，河北省美術家協會理事，河北省美術家協會青年美術家委員會委員，河北畫院青年畫院專業畫家，樂亭美術家協會主席。
中國畫作品25次入選由中國文化部，中國文聯，中國美協等國家機構主辦的國家級展覽，其中獲獎7次，3次在中國美術館展出。
