“我覺得它比我開得好”，司機在高速上開車化妝、吃東西

近日，浙江溫州高速交警接到群眾舉報稱，有一名駕駛人在社交平臺上發布駕駛車輛的視頻。視頻中，這名駕駛人在開啟輔助駕駛后雙手放開方向盤，十分危險。

Highway traffic police in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, have fined a driver after she posted videos on social media showing herself driving with her hands off the steering wheel while the vehicle's driver-assistance system was engaged.

根據線索，高速交警在該駕駛人的社交賬號中發現多條車輛在高速公路行駛中開啟輔助駕駛后，雙手離開方向盤的視頻。

Acting on a tip, officers reviewed multiple clips on her account in which the woman, identified as Lin, was seen traveling on an expressway without touching the wheel.

駕駛人有時在吃東西，有時雙手隨著音樂舞動，有時還在車輛行進過程中化妝，其行為給道路交通安全埋下很大隱患。

高速交警很快鎖定違法車輛信息及駕駛人林某的身份，責令其到場接受教育處罰。面對交警，女子稱：“作為女司機，我覺得它比我開得好。”

最終，警方對其做出罰款200元、駕駛證記3分的處罰。

Summoned by police, Lin defended her actions, saying, "As a female driver, I think it drives better than I do." Police rejected the explanation. She was fined 200 yuan and given three demerit points on her license.

再次提醒，車載輔助駕駛系統不能代替駕駛人成為駕駛主體，駕駛人激活車載輔助駕駛功能后，仍是實際執行駕駛任務的人，負有確保行車安全的責任，即使駕駛人不在駕駛位也一樣。
