According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, the country's manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) came in at 50.3 in April, down 0.1 percentage point from the previous month. Remaining in expansion territory, the index indicates that manufacturing activity continues to maintain stable momentum.
In addition, China's composite PMI output index stood at 50.1 in April, down 0.4 percentage points from the previous month. Remaining above the 50-point threshold, it indicates that overall business production and operating activity in China continue to expand.
