東京舉行反核集會：核爆幸存者日漸凋零，盼在離世前促成廢除核武

據 NHK 報道， 日本原子彈爆炸幸存者們在聯合國一場重要核裁軍會議召開前夕，抓住時機發聲。他們參加集會，敦促日本為實現其終極目標——廢除核武器——付出更大努力。

事件的背景是，各國代表將于4月27日起，在紐約聯合國總部審議《不擴散核武器條約》（NPT）（International delegates will review the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons starting April 27）。

而這場集會于周五在日本東京舉行，參與者包括原子彈爆炸幸存者團體日本被團協（日本原爆受害者團體協議會）的成員（The rally took place on Friday in Tokyo. The participants included members of atomic bomb survivors' group Nihon Hidankyo）。

該團體秘書長濱住治郎表示，當下的各類戰爭以及以武力謀求統治的行徑，已然讓《不擴散核武器條約》的存在意義遭到質疑（current wars and attempts to rule by force throw the significance of the NPT into question）。

他指出，日本作為全球唯一在戰爭中遭受過原子彈轟炸的國家，應當公開推動廢除核武器（Japan, as the world's only country to have suffered atomic bombings during war, should openly push for nuclear abolition）。

濱住治郎還稱，核武器是魔鬼的武器，人類與核武器無法共存。

日本被團協另一位負責人家島正指出，幸存者人數正不斷減少。他表示，他們不能在推動廢核運動取得進展前離世（survivors are growing fewer in number. And he said they cannot die without advancing the movement to abolish nuclear weapons）。

家島正說，日本應敦促《不擴散核武器條約》締約國履行核裁軍義務。

他還呼吁日本當局者迷，切實踐行不擁有、不制造、不允許核武器入境的承諾（He also said the government should promote Japan's commitment tonot possessing, producing or permittingthe introduction of nuclear weapons into the country）。
