外交部發言人林劍12月1日表示，日本在口頭上搪塞敷衍，在行動上一意孤行，中方對此絕不接受。“在大是大非問題上，日本不要妄想蒙混過關。我們敦促日方以史為鑒，深刻反省，嚴肅對待中方要求，老老實實收回錯誤言論，以實際行動體現對中方的政治承諾。”
