5月25日，外交部發(fā)言人毛寧主持例行記者會。
有記者問：根據(jù)中國海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，中方已至少4個月未向日本出口幾種重稀土和其他材料。這恰好與中日涉臺爭端時間重合。中方可否確認(rèn)是為回應(yīng)日本首相高市早苗涉臺言論而暫停對日出口？
毛寧：具體情況建議向中方主管部門了解。我想指出的是，中方依法依規(guī)禁止對日本軍事用戶、軍事用途出口兩用物項，目的是制止日本“再軍事化”和擁核企圖。
