當地時間5月19日，委內瑞拉全國代表大會主席豪爾赫·羅德里格斯宣布，即日起至22日期間，委內瑞拉政府將根據《民主共存大赦法案》釋放300人。
根據委內瑞拉政府公布的信息，今年2月通過該大赦法案后，截至4月已有8616人從中受益。
