5月16日晚21時(shí)08分，廣西河池市環(huán)江縣政府接到報(bào)告，稱一輛載有15人的皮卡在途徑洛陽鎮(zhèn)永權(quán)村肯任屯漫水橋時(shí)，墜入水中，截至17日凌晨4時(shí)，當(dāng)?shù)鼐仍α恳阉丫?人上岸，其中5人無生命危險(xiǎn)，1人無生命體征。
