4月25至26日，人民日報社人民論壇雜志社（人民智庫）調研組一行深入寧波諾丁漢大學，圍繞中外合作辦學賦能國家戰略、支撐區域發展、深化成果轉化等主題深入開展專題調研，實地考察科研創新平臺建設、國際化人才培養與產教融合實踐成效等方面。

本次調研由人民論壇雜志社副總編輯、《學術前沿》雜志總編輯楊軻帶隊，成員包括北京大學、中國人民大學、北京師范大學等高校知名專家，以及人民論壇雜志社資深編輯記者等。

人民論壇專題調研組參觀寧波諾丁漢大學校史館

期間，調研組參觀了校史館、觀看學校宣傳片，系統了解寧波諾丁漢大學作為中國第一所具有獨立法人資格的中外合作大學的辦學理念、發展歷程與使命擔當。隨后，調研組實地調研數字港口技術實驗室、核磁共振實驗室、先進制造中心三大重點科研平臺。

調研組專家認為，三大重點科研平臺緊扣寧波產業實際與國家戰略需求，科研方向清晰、技術攻關務實前瞻、成果轉化成效明顯，形成了“科研攻關—人才培養—產業服務”協同推進的良好格局。

調研學校數字港口技術實驗室、先進制造中心

調研組還走訪了寧波市未來技術國際概念驗證中心、李達三孵化園及園內代表性企業，進一步了解了學校國際化成果轉化、硬科技孵化與校友創業典型案例，系統總結了寧波諾丁漢大學以高質量人才培養和科技創新，深刻塑造優良的國際化教育生態、服務國家戰略與區域高質量發展的有益探索與實踐經驗。

People’s Tribune delegation highlights UNNC’s impact on innovation, talent development and regional progress

From 25 to 26 April, a delegation from People’s Tribune, a publication of the People’s Daily, conducted an in-depth research visit to the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). The visit explored how Sino-foreign cooperative education can support national strategic priorities, drive regional development, and accelerate the translation of research into practice.

Led by Yang Ke, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of People’s Tribune, the delegation included experts from leading Chinese universities such as Peking University, Renmin University of China, and Beijing Normal University, alongside senior editors and journalists. The group gained an overview of UNNC’s development, mission, and educational model as China’s first Sino-foreign university with independent legal status.

During the visit, the delegation toured key research facilities, including the Ningbo Digital Port Technologies Key Lab, Sir Peter Mansfield MRI Centre, and Advanced Manufacturing Centre. These platforms were recognised for their strong alignment with regional industry needs and national priorities, as well as their integrated approach to research, talent development, and industrial collaboration.

The delegation also visited the International Proof of Concept Centre and the Li Dak Sum Incubator, where they examined examples of research commercialisation, innovation incubation, and alumni entrepreneurship.

The visit highlighted UNNC’s ongoing efforts to build an internationalised education and innovation ecosystem, demonstrating its contribution to high-quality talent development, technological advancement, and the sustainable growth of both regional and national economies.
