本周我們學習和面試相關的詞匯

1. star /stɑ?/

v. 使…成為焦點 / 重點突出

e.g. The show stars young talents from around the world.

e.g. This movie stars a well-known actor.

v. 在電影、戲劇、節目中擔任主角

搭配：star in + 電影 / 劇名

搭配：star as + 角色

e.g. He starred as a detective in the film.

e.g. She dreams of starring in Hollywood films.

補充：detective n.偵探

2. amateur /'?m?t?/

adj.業余的；非專業的

e.g. He is an amateur filmmaker who shoots short films on weekends

e.g. Many amateur actors took part in the independent film.

e.g. Although it was made by an amateur team, the film was surprisingly professional.

補充：professional adj. 專業的

e.g. The movie looks very professional, especially the editing and sound design.

e.g. I prefer watching films with a professional production team because the quality is more reliable.

3. domestic /d?'mest?k/

adj. 國內的；國產的

e.g. I prefer watching domestic films because they reflect local culture.

e.g. It broke several records at the domestic box office.

補充：break box office 打破票房紀錄

adv. domestically

e.g. The movie was hugely popular domestically, but it didn’t attract much attention overseas.

4. relatable /r??le?t?b?l/

adj. .可理解的；感同身受的；引起共鳴的

搭配：culturally relatable 產生文化共鳴的

e.g. Domestic films often feel more culturally relatable to local audiences.

e.g. I think a good movie should have relatable characters, so the audience can connect emotionally.

v. relate 產生共鳴;認同

搭配：relate to + 人 / 事

e.g. The character is so realistic that audiences can relate to him.

e.g. It’s easier to relate to stories that reflect real life.
