據(jù)介紹，4月深圳新房成交主力區(qū)域?yàn)辇埲A、龍崗，其中90-144平方米改善型產(chǎn)品占新房成交總量的53.0%，市場改善需求釋放明顯。
信息顯示，新政刺激下深圳樓市熱度攀升，“五一”假期新樓盤上門量增30%-40%，二手房帶看量增56%，部分業(yè)主已開始上調(diào)掛牌價。
